Shaman reopens the passage itself: it retries after two seconds, then four, then eight — until it's back. Only the button turns it off.

Why do Russian banks go around the passage?

Russian services dislike foreign addresses: banks ask for confirmations, shops change prices. Outside the passage they work as usual.

Does it work abroad?

Yes. The subscription works from any country.

Can I get a refund?

If you couldn't connect and we couldn't fix it, we refund the full amount. Refund terms
